- Created an entity to raise money and awareness for homeless female veterans.
- Responsible for the full organizational structure of a mud/endurance challenge race including course layout, course safety, security, insurance, registration, timing, scheduling, talent, vendors, and race results.
- Scouted a race location and negotiated the terms for use; coordinated with city authorities to obtain event permits and institute safety procedures.
- Instituted a grass roots marketing campaign that resulted in securing 1,236 paid participants
- Responsible for all race communications, social media creation and updates, and public media coverage.
- Signed corporate sponsors including Coast Casinos (Suncoast Hotel), The Blue Man Group, Walmart, Sam’s Club and many others.
- Secured donated celebrity talent for the event and promotions.
- Created a VIP Meet & Greet banquet featuring five local and national nonprofit organizations.
